PrOMT.stereo system for workpiece oriented measurement of 3D position and orientation in the production cycle. It is an efficient and free scalable system also as a basis for task specific solutions. By using Halcon all hardware components can be chosen quite suitable to task.
PrOMT.stereo systems offer you, beside the options of PrOMT.single systems, all advantages of optical 3D measurment with fixed camera geometry. Within the measurement range gauging of orientation and angle can be done irrespective of the orientation of the workpiece.
With the various drill operaters the optical sampling of the drillholes is done precisely, fast and reliable. 3D coordinates for the verification are the result.
