PrOMT.single systems for workpiece oriented measurement in the production cycle. It is an efficient and free scalable system also as a basis for task specific solutions. By using Halcon all hardware components can be chosen quite suitable to task.
PrOMT.single at CNC measuring station from Mahr GmbH
The workpiece recognition system can be empoyed for automatic choice of CNC-measurement programs, and in this way protects coordination measurement machines from downtimes, which may occur from the damage of calipers caused by wrong workpieces.
Reading of numbers and DMC-code on workpieces in the production process, for example on coils. The numbers were found automatically and sent to the system control by a telegram.
